One time at recess, I was playing with my best friend, as usual, and then this new kid walked up and asked if they(1) could play. I said "Sure." That's when I made a mistake. At first we played "tag", and I thought that i tripped over my shoe lace when I first fell, but I soon realized that they were pushing me down. The next day they asked if they they could plat with me, but I said "NO!" Soon after that they moved away. 4 years later they they came back and said they changed and they promised to be nice. I gave them 1 chance, and they proved they'd changed.

We've all had people in our lives who have made a positive impact on us. A parent or grandparent, a sibling who was there for us, or maybe even just a guy who shines shoes for a living? Whoever they are, tell us their story so they can inspire us even more.
