When I was at the store with my mom, I found a dime on the ground. I picked it up, and showed my mom. She said that I should keep it. Then I said, "Can I give it the cashier?" She said yes. Then I gave it to the cashier. The cashier said, "Oh, you can keep it." My mom said that it was a very nice thing to do and that she was proud of me. When we walked outside, we saw a man singing. I asked if I could give it to him. My mom put the dime in her purse. I said, "WAIT!" Then, she realized what I was saying, and I tossed the dime in the basket that the man had. He didn't say thank you, but I knew he felt it inside.
