I met Erin through an integrative health practice in New York City. At the time, she was working as the receptionist. From the first moment I met Erin, she greeted me with one of the biggest and warmest smiles. Since, then we have become friends. Erin is truly inspirational. She is an artist living in Manhattan, and balances her artistic duties by working various jobs around the city. Erin is also the founder of the non profit organization, One Sandwich At A Time which aims to raise awareness and empathy for the growing homeless population in New York City, and beyond. They want to create a global movement; an awakening of humanity and the necessity of helping others. Last year, Erin's efforts were recognized during a celebration for World Humanitarian Day, an event through the United Nations. Erin is one of the sweetest and most kind hearted people, and I know her mega watt smile will continue to light up the world for years to come.
