I read a lot of the stories written by people who have a person in their life that they consider a hero because of an extraordinary thing they have done. I am nominating my dear friend Jackie. She is an amazing woman, she is always helping others, and all I can say is that it's in her nature. Jackie also has a neurological condition that makes it very difficult for her to walk up and down stairs. I know for many people this would be a set back, but not for her. She not only works harder at things, she helps kids as well, being an occupational therapist, so here are all the facts in why I consider my dear friend Jackie amazing!

An excellent example of persistence and hard work.
More often than not, we lose confidence in ourselves and give up. But you proved that if we resolve firmly and implement what is decided, there is nothing that can stand in our way to success. Keep it up!!

Great story of persistence and commitment. The West Indies team could do well to read this story. I was encouraged by it too.

I admire your team spirit.
Every one have some group that may succeed after a long time struggle. I remember the quote 'work, work, work until you succeed.'

Way to go!
That's a great example of not throwing in the towel based on your first season's record.
Too often, we pursue only the things that come easy to us. Or quit too easily on the things that don't--without making the effort to see something through with practice, determination, and hard work.
You did it!
