Compassion is absolutely critical, if I was to be usufull in a significant way to anyone. Without compassion I will simply ignore my fellow in need or will underperform . Compassion allows me an insight on problems and offers solutions. Compassion cannot be bought, sold, borrowed, stolen, or manufactured. It cannot be faked, but earned only through true anguis and sufering.
