When I was in second grade, I had a rival. I didn't understand why we couldn't just get along, but it seemed like she didn't want to. Then one day, it was field day and we both were sitting on our towels. Two boys walked up to her and started calling her mean names. I may not have been friends with her, but I hated bullying and didn't care if it was my rival or friend who was the victim. I ran up and yelled at the boys,"Leave her alone!" They started insulting me but she defended me. The boys ran off and we became friends. I don't like bullying and I try my hardest to be nice and considerate.

hm you did a good job Lizzy... adjustment and understanding are the most precious thing in this world even precious than gold and other things... you had put aside your cold personality and displayed your compassion towards others, even towards your rivals if not foes... your this very action had given you chance to win your friend's heart and made her to understand what you really are... hm keep maintain the same with anybody else.
