My Hero NULL

My Hero

My hero is Tiburcio McNulty and the purpose of this story is to tell you why. It started in when I first got to fourth grade. This time wasn’t the best because my best friend moved out of state and I had only other real friend in a different class than me. The only other person I knew was Kevin, he was a Hispanic kid that was really short and funny (which was one of the only reasons why we were friends). Since I didn’t know anyone in my class I didn’t talk to anyone besides at lunch when I was with Kevin.
I went a few weeks doing the same thing every day and that just made thing worse. The only difference is that I met some kids that Kevin was friends with in his class. So that made it so I still didn’t talk to anyone. Which that can be good and bad because since I didn’t talk to anyone than my grades where perfect with straight A’s. Then one day at lunch Kevin introduced me to a kid named Tiburcio. I really didn’t know him but he was an extremely friendly person, he told everyone to call him TJ (which makes no sense, because the “J” stood for nothing). When lunch was over I went back to class and when I sat down I notices that TJ was sitting on the other side of the room. I guess he noticed me as well because when we were given “free time” he immediately walked over to me and we started to talk.
Ever since Kevin introduced TJ and I we became best friends. TJ didn’t really know too much about me, but I knew everything about him, (probably because I was too shy to talk about myself). TJ then realized that I didn’t talk to anyone in class besides him so he introduced me to his friends. TJ and I spent every day of summer together. Every person in my family knew TJ and I knew everyone in his family. We continued to be best friends after elementary, but Kevin moved to Colorado after sixth grade.
In seventh grade TJ and I had almost all of the same classes, so this caused us to talk all the time. That caused me to have terrible grades though. But half way into seventh grade TJ told me that his mom has a bad hip and if they go to Montana then they would be able to fix it for less money. So TJ told me that he is leaving at the end of seventh grade. So at the end of the year I forgot about TJ leaving because I wasn’t given a date that he was leaving. Since I didn’t know he was leaving I went to my uncles house (which was the worst thing I could have done). While I was there I got a voice mail from TJ saying “I am sorry that I wasn’t able to say goodbye but I left to Montana”. I tried to call him back but he never answered. Until one day I got a call from TJ saying “Hey sorry I couldn’t answer”. TJ and I talked for a long time. TJ and I are still best friends. These were the best years of my life Because of TJ.
