Axana Soltan
Axana's courage and selflessness puts me in awe. At the age of just 19, she has touched hundreds of poor children’s lives locally, nationally and internationally. Axana Soltan is a 19-year old Philanthropist, Global ambassador, and Youth activist empowering young people in areas of education, employability, equal rights, and community development. Through her non-profit organization, Enhancing Children’s Living she has provided access to meal nourishment, education, advocacy, and medical care to unfortunate children in and out of the country. With backpacks full of school supplies for children in Pakistan, meal nourishment for children of Haiti, and hundreds of shoes to children of Afghanistan—Axana ensures every child has access to the resources they need to pursue meaningful life paths as leaders and change-makers. She is the most self-less, humble and kind-hearted person I know of---I feel blessed to have her in my life. My sister is a 19 year old, but her spirit is old and her heart is big.
